ACT

Atria Convergence Technologies (ACT) is a provider of broadband internet access and cable TV distribution in India, with more than two million subscribers. The company is active in Hyderabad, Bangalore, Delhi, Chennai and expanding in other cities. ACT was acquired in 2016 by a consortium of investors, led by TA Associates and True North.

This investment was made through TA Action Holdings, as a co-investment alongside TA Associates.
