Our Code of Conduct
Our Code of Conduct sets out the standards of ethical behaviour expected of everyone who works at or represents Sofina. Grounded in our core values and inspired by the Sofina Way, it defines how we act, make decisions and work together — with integrity, accountability and respect.
The Code covers the principles that guide our conduct across all jurisdictions and activities, including integrity and ethical decision-making, diversity and inclusion, human rights and labour standards, anti-bribery and corruption, conflicts of interest, market integrity, data protection and responsible investment.
