Hector Beverages is an Indian company emerging as a local leader in the Indian beverage market. Its flagship brand, Paper Boat, was launched in 2013 and encompasses around ten traditional Indian recipes, marketed in a “ready-to-drink” format, including aamras (mango pulp) and jaljeera (cumin flavoured lemonade). In 2019 the company launched a new brand, Swing, targeted at the mass market. Hector Beverages also produces snacks and dairy products.
Sofina entered Hector Beverages’ capital in 2015 and increased its ownership in 2019. Investors include Peak XV Partners, A91 Partners, Catamaran Ventures and GIC.
