The above reflects the shareholding of the consortium composed of Union Financière Boël SA, Société de Participations Industrielles SA and Mobilière et Immobilière du Centre SA as per 1 September 2020. The action in concert of these companies on Sofina firstly relates to the concerted exercise of the voting rights with a view to have a common long-lasting policy vis-à-vis the company, and secondly a cooperation to prevent and, if as the case may be, to resist any hostile public takeover that could be launched on the securities of the company by one or more third parties.
