Leading French brand, NUXE is a pioneer in natural cosmetology. In 30 years of existence, it became the reference player in that sector, which it has contributed to create. NUXE combines the pleasure of use and reassuring aspect of the pharmaceutical circuit into exceptional products which mix the awakening of the senses, the strength of nature and the efficiency of science. Since the creation of l’Huile Prodigieuse in 1991, Nuxe has particularly developed on facial skin care, sun protection and organic products.

Resultime, the second brand of the Group, offers a targeted and effective action on aging signs. Characterized by strong growth, it is already present in five countries.

Beyond France, the Group is mainly active in Western European markets, where it experienced a significant development in the recent years. Sofina, through its expertise and networks, contributes to the expansion of Nuxe beyond Europe, especially in China, and online.

Investment history

Through its expertise in the consumer goods and retail sectors, Sofina is well suited to support the future growth of the Nuxe Group. A restructuring of the family shareholding in 2019 enabled Sofina to take a 49% equity stake in the Group alongside Aliza Jabès, founder, majority shareholder and CEO since 1989. This transaction was also the opportunity for Nuxe to complete its refinancing, allowing the Group to pursue its international development.
